We are excited to announce that CV Rebels Baseball has officially received 501(c)(3) nonprofit status from the IRS.
This new direction allows us to take our mission to the next level: removing every financial barrier to participating in high-quality baseball in the Central Valley, regardless of family income.
What This Means for Our Families and Community
No registration fees
No equipment costs
No tournament or travel fees
100% of program expenses are covered through fundraising, sponsorships, and grants
Every dollar donated or sponsored now goes directly into the program — uniforms, equipment, fields, community camps, tournaments, and character development activities. All coaches and board members serve as unpaid volunteers.
Our Commitment Remains the Same
We continue to focus on developing young athletes through competitive baseball while building stronger character, discipline, accountability, and life skills. In addition to our upcoming 12U team, we will be offering public baseball camps (led by the players) open to all local youth.
We’re Looking for Partners As a newly recognized 501(c)(3), all donations and sponsorships are now tax-deductible. We are actively seeking businesses, organizations, and individuals who want to invest in Central Valley youth development through sports.
If you’re interested in becoming a sponsor, donating goods for raffles, or supporting our mission in any way, we would love to connect with you.
In December, when most teams have packed it in for the year, the Rebels were still competing — still fighting, still improving, still showing up. That alone says everything about this program. They closed out 2025 the same way they played all year: with heart, with hustle, and on a Championship field.
Going 3-1 in a 12U tournament as an 11U team to reach the final is a serious accomplishment. The Vipers were a genuinely dominant 12U squad and beat the Rebels convincingly in the Championship — but the Rebels earned the right to stand on that field, and nobody should lose sight of that. Three wins against older competition to get there is the headline.
Kaiden Smacks a Double into Right Center Field
Once again the Rebels competed as an 11U team in a 12U bracket — closing out their entire 2025 season against older competition. Every hit, every stolen base, every strikeout carries extra weight with that context in mind.
3-1 Tournament Record
32 Runs Scored
30 Runs Allowed
Three wins to reach the final. Then the Vipers. This was a top-tier 12U program that punished every mistake, and the Rebels ran into a buzzsaw. But let’s be clear: the loss to the Vipers doesn’t define this weekend — the three wins that got them there do. Reaching the Championship game of a 12U tournament as an 11U team in December is something to be genuinely proud of.
Offensive Standouts
Against 12U pitching, the Rebels’ offense showed up in a big way across the bracket games. Several players put together performances that would stand out in any bracket, at any age level.
Izaiah
Izaiah Smokes a Triple to Right Center Field
The weekend belonged to Izaiah. 8-for-11 at the plate — a .727 average — with 4 doubles, a triple, 7 runs scored, 7 RBIs, 1 walk, and 3 stolen bases. That is a complete, dominant offensive performance by any measure, at any age. Five extra-base hits against 12U pitching. Izaiah is ready for whatever comes next.

Sebastian
Sebastian Crushes a Triple to Right Center Field
7-for-10 at the plate with a triple, 2 runs scored, and 2 RBIs. A .700 batting average against 12U arms in the final tournament of the year is a statement performance. Sebastian has been one of the most consistent bats in the lineup all fall, and he closed the year the same way.
7-for-10 1 3B 2 RBI 2 Runs
Gio
Gio Cracks a Double Down the Left Field Line
6-for-11 with 2 doubles, 5 runs scored, 1 RBI, and 3 stolen bases. Gio has been a constant on-base and baserunning threat all season long, and he carried that right into December. Six hits and three steals against 12U competition is a perfect cap to his 2025.
6-for-11 5 Runs 2 2B 3 SB 1 RBI
Logan
Logan Smokes a Double Down the Left Field Line
3-for-7 with a double, a walk, 2 runs scored, 1 RBI, and a remarkable 5 stolen bases. Logan’s speed on the bases was a weapon all weekend — five steals against 12U defenses is pure instinct and burst, and it made a real impact every time he got on.
5 SB 3-for-7 2 Runs 1 2B 1 RBI 1 BB
On the Mound
Seven arms took the ball this weekend — the most pitchers used in any Rebels tournament all year. Pitching against 12U hitters is the hardest test this group has faced, and there were standout performances mixed in with the growing pains.

Ricky (✦) was the workhorse again — 5 innings, 1 hit, a win, and 5 strikeouts against 12U hitters. That’s the kind of outing that earns a pitcher respect at any age.
Judah (✦) added 3 innings of scoreless, walkless ball, quietly steady as always.
Jace (✦) made his mound appearance count: 1 inning, no hits, no runs — a clean, confident outing to close his year.
The Vipers’ Championship game accounted for the lion’s share of the damage across the pitching staff. Command will be the focus heading into 12U ball, but the strikeout stuff is real — 19 punchouts across 21 innings tells you the arm talent is there.
What a Year
2025 Season at a Glance
The 11U Rebels
“These kids spent the entire back half of their season walking into 12U tournaments as the underdogs — and kept competing, kept winning games, kept reaching finals. That’s not just talent. That’s character. That’s what the Rebels are made of.”
The 2025 season is done, and what a season it was. Two Championships — including back-to-back titles in October. A runner-up finish to close the year. A fall slate spent almost entirely competing up against 12U programs and holding their own. This group grew up right before everyone’s eyes, and the best part is they’re still growing.
To every player who showed up weekend after weekend, dug in against bigger and older competition, and never stopped competing — this season is yours. To the coaches who developed and trusted this group — it shows. And to the Rebels families and community who were there through every early morning and long drive — thank you. You are the heartbeat of this team.

2025 was a great year. 2026 as 12U is going to be something else entirely. See you on the field. ⚾
Not every tournament is a Championship run — some are something better. This weekend, the Rebels accepted a different kind of challenge: stepping into a 12U field as an 11U team, going toe-to-toe with older, bigger competition, and finding out exactly where they stand.
The answer? They belong. A tie, a loss, and a win against 12U opponents isn’t a record to hang your head about — it’s a résumé to be proud of. These kids went 1-1-1 against a field that had every physical and experience advantage, and they competed in every single game. That tells you more about this team than any Championship trophy does.
The Rebels entered this tournament as an 11U team competing in a 12U bracket — playing against kids who are typically a full year older and further along in their development. Every stat, every hit, and every run scored this weekend carries extra weight.

12U Competition Level
Tying the Cannons 12U in game one set the tone — these weren’t 11U kids out of their depth, they were competitors. The CC Phillies handed the Rebels their most lopsided result, but the Rebels answered in game three with a dominant 9-4 win over the Tribe that showed exactly what this team is capable of when it’s clicking. Ending the weekend with a victory against 12U competition is the right note to go home on.
Offensive Standouts
Against older pitching with more velocity and movement, several Rebels stepped up with performances that would stand out in any bracket.
Julian
Julian Crushes a Home Run to Center Field
The biggest individual moment of the weekend belonged to Julian. 5-for-7 at the plate against 12U pitching, with 6 RBIs, 1 run scored, and a home run — yes, a home run against older competition. That’s a statement at-bat that no one in that park will forget, and it’s a sign of what Julian is capable of as this team makes the jump to 12U.

Izaiah
Izaiah Smokes a Double Down the Third Base Line
4-for-7 with a double, 3 runs scored, 4 RBIs, 1 walk, and 4 stolen bases — Izaiah was one of the most complete performers all weekend. Extra-base power, RBI production, and speed on the bases against 12U arms and fielders. Impressive doesn’t cover it.

Federico
Federico Cracks his Second Hit of the Game
4-for-8 with 3 runs scored, 1 RBI, 1 walk, and a stolen base. Federico kept getting on base all weekend and doing what he does — making things happen. Producing at a .500 clip against 12U pitching is no small thing.
4-for-8 3 Runs 1 RBI 1 SB 1 BB
On the Mound
Pitching against 12U hitters is a genuine test — the swings are harder, the contact is louder, and mistakes get punished more severely. The Rebels’ staff navigated the step up with varying results, but there were real highlights mixed in.

Sebastian and Gio (✦) were the standouts on the mound — both threw scoreless outings against 12U hitters, which is genuinely impressive. Sebastian went 3.1 innings and didn’t allow a run, and Gio matched him with a clean 2-inning appearance.
Those are the kinds of outings that build confidence heading into the 12U era. The walks were a theme across the staff this weekend — something to sharpen — but giving up only 6 earned runs across 13 innings against older competition keeps things in perspective.
Behind the Dish
Jackson made his presence felt behind the plate, throwing out 2 of 4 attempted base stealers against 12U competition. A 50% caught-stealing rate against older, more experienced baserunners is a strong showing and a reminder that the Rebels have real defensive value behind the dish.
The Bigger Picture
“Anybody can beat up on teams their own age. The real question is what happens when you raise the bar. This weekend, the Rebels raised it themselves — and showed they’re ready for whatever comes next.”
A 1-1-1 record in a 12U field as an 11U team. A home run from Julian. Scoreless outings from Sebastian and Gio against older hitters. A 9-4 win to close the weekend out. There’s plenty to build on here — and plenty of motivation to keep getting better.
The families who packed up and made the trip out to watch these kids compete up a level — it means everything. This community shows up every single time, and so do these players.
The bar keeps rising. The Rebels keep clearing it. ⚾
The Rebels didn’t just defend their Championship from the week before — they were even more dominant doing it. Forty-nine runs scored. Eight allowed. Four wins. Zero doubt. This team is on a different level right now.
Bradley Crushes a Double to LC, Scoring Three
The Sundae Sluggers and CenCal Snipers each had to face the Rebels twice this weekend, and it didn’t get any easier the second time around. Every game ended the same way: Rebels in front, Rebels celebrating, Rebels moving on. The pitching was locked in, the offense was relentless, and a familiar name showed up on the mound with a massive debut performance to talk about.

The Snipers met the Rebels twice this weekend and lost both times — including when it mattered most. A commanding 10-2 Championship victory wrapped up the weekend in style and sent the Rebels home with another title. This group doesn’t slow down when the stakes go up. They accelerate.
Offensive Standouts
Five players put up performances worth calling out individually — and every single one of them contributed on the bases just as much as they did at the plate.
Gio
Gio was an absolute menace all weekend long. 7-for-10 at the plate — a .700 batting average — with 5 runs scored, 2 RBIs, 1 walk, and 5 stolen bases. Opposing defenses had no answer for him at the plate or on the bases. When Gio gets on, he scores. It’s that simple.

Sebastian
Sebastian Smokes a Double and then Takes Third
Sebastian had the kind of complete two-way weekend that turns heads. At the plate: 4-for-6 with 2 doubles, 6 runs scored, 4 RBIs, 3 walks, and a stolen base — reaching base nine times across the weekend. On the mound he ate up important innings too. Sebastian was everywhere this weekend.

Jackson
Jackson Hits a DEEP Double to Center Field
5-for-8 with 2 doubles, 6 runs scored, 2 RBIs, 1 walk, and 3 stolen bases. Jackson keeps showing up in every column of the box score — offense, baserunning, and a big pitching outing to boot. The definition of a two-way player having a two-way weekend.
5-for-8 6 Runs 2 2B 3 SB 2 RBI 1 BB
Ricky
4-for-7 with 5 runs scored, 4 RBIs, 2 walks, and 3 stolen bases. Ricky also had a dominant outing on the mound to go with it — a true two-way performance all weekend. When he gets on base, he scores. When he takes the ball, batters struggle. That’s Ricky baseball.
4-for-7 5 Runs 4 RBI 3 SB 2 BB
Judah
Judah Crushes a Double to RC to Extend the Lead
4-for-7 with a double, 3 runs, 3 RBIs, 2 walks, and a stolen base — all before his masterpiece on the mound. Judah’s complete weekend was one of the best all-around performances of the fall season.

The Pitching Staff
Five arms took the hill across four games, and the staff combined for one of the most efficient weekends of the season — just 8 runs allowed across 15 innings, with a ton of strikeouts and a no-hitter from Judah that deserves its own spotlight.

Judah’s 4-inning, no-hit, scoreless innings are the headline of the pitching weekend — four innings, zero hits, four strikeouts. That is elite stuff by any measure.
Jackson followed with a near-identical performance: 3 innings, 1 hit, 0 earned runs, and 5 punchouts.
Ricky added another spotless line. The Rebels’ pitching depth right now is something special — four different arms picked up wins and the staff combined for 16 strikeouts across the weekend.
Speed Kills
“When this offense gets on base, they don’t stop running. Gio, Jackson, Ricky, Sebastian, Judah — five players combining for 16 stolen bases in a single tournament weekend. That’s not just speed. That’s instinct, aggression, and a coaching staff that trusts these kids to go.”
Back-to-back Championships. Forty-nine runs in four games. A no-hitter. Sixteen stolen bases. The Rebels are playing the best baseball of their season right now, and every weekend brings another reason to believe this group has something truly special going.
The families and community that show up weekend after weekend — rain or shine, early mornings and long drives — you make this possible. Rebels baseball is bigger than the box score, and that starts with the people in the stands.
The Rebels are back on top. Four games, four wins, one Championship — and a dominant performance from start to finish that left no doubt about who the best team on that field was all weekend long.
Forty-five runs scored. Twelve allowed. A pitching staff that was nearly unhittable. An offense that ran wild on every opponent. And yes — a little unfinished business against the CenCal Snipers, settled in emphatic fashion. This was a total team performance, the kind coaches save video of and kids remember for the rest of their baseball lives.

CBA Black never had a chance. The Rebels came out in the Championship with the kind of focus and fire that separates teams that win titles from teams that simply show up to them. Twelve runs, one allowed, and a final out that sent the sideline into a celebration this community has earned all fall long.
Offensive Standouts
This offense was a force of nature. Speed, patience, power — the Rebels brought all of it over four games and made every opponent’s pitching staff miserable.
Izaiah
The offensive anchor of the tournament. Izaiah put up numbers that don’t fit neatly in a box score — 6-for-11 at the plate with a double, 6 runs scored, and a staggering 10 RBIs. Add in 3 stolen bases and you have a complete offensive performance that carried the Rebels in game after game.

Gio Crushes a Double in the Championship Game
Gio was a one-man chaos agent on the basepaths all weekend. 4-for-7 with a double, but the eye-popping numbers are the 5 walks, 7 runs scored, and 7 stolen bases. That’s 12 times on base, 12 times causing problems. Gio reached base and scored at will — opponents simply had no answer.

Jackson
5-for-8 with a double, 2 walks, 4 runs scored, 4 RBIs, and a stolen base — and that’s before he even picked up a baseball. Jackson’s two-way weekend was a clinic in all-around play. At the plate he was a consistent force; on the mound and behind the dish, equally locked in.

Ricky was the horse of the weekend, throwing 5 innings across two wins on just 63 pitches — efficient, dominant, and unfazed by any situation. Judah was particularly sharp in his 2-inning outing, going punch-out-after-punch-out with 3 strikeouts and zero walks. Bradley continued his remarkable fall stretch, tacking on another scoreless outing. Combined: the Rebels’ staff gave up a single earned run all weekend. One.
Revenge Is a Dish Best Served 8-3
“The CenCal Snipers beat us back in September. The Rebels remembered. An 8-3 win in the bracket said everything that needed to be said — this team doesn’t forget, and it doesn’t back down.”
When the final out of the Championship was recorded and the celebration spilled across the field, it was the product of a weekend where everything clicked. Pitching, defense, speed on the bases, and timely hitting — the Rebels brought the complete package and made it look easy against a tough bracket.
The families who packed the sidelines, cheered every at-bat, and made the trip out to support these kids — you are a big part of what makes this team go. Rebels baseball is a community, and moments like this one are what it’s all about.
Two weeks after a heartbreaking one-run Championship loss, the Rebels came back swinging. A 2-1 weekend anchored by some of the best pitching the team has put together all fall — and a defense that refused to let anyone run wild on them.
Izaiah Nearly Hits a Home Run in Championship Game
Yes, the Cencal Snipers handed the Rebels a loss in their first game Sunday. That stings, and there’s no sugarcoating it. But the bigger story of this weekend is what the Rebels showed the rest of the time: a lockdown pitching staff, a pair of catchers playing at a high level, and an offense that kept finding ways to score. That’s a team trending upward.
2-1 Tournament Record
22 Runs Scored
12 Runs Allowed
+10 Run Differential
Offensive Standouts
The offense wasn’t explosive by Rebels standards, but the right players put together quality at-bats when it mattered most. Patience at the plate was a theme all weekend.
Jace
Jace Smashes a Double in the Gap in the Championship Game
3-for-5 • 1 Double • 2 Walks — Five trips to the plate, five times on base. Jace was a nightmare for opposing pitchers to navigate, spraying line drives and working deep counts. The combination of extra-base pop and elite plate discipline makes him one of the toughest outs in the lineup.
Logan
3-for-5 • 1 Walk • 1 HBP — Much like Jace, Logan’s weekend OBP tells the real story. Reached base five times in five plate appearances and brought a steady, professional approach to each at-bat. Logan is quietly one of the most reliable bats in the order.
The Pitching Staff Shines
0 Earned Runs Allowed — Combined across 9 innings
Bradley, Izaiah, and Ricky each threw three innings and held their opponents completely scoreless. Nine innings. Five hits. Zero earned runs. That’s the kind of combined effort that wins baseball games.
Three arms, three innings each, one common result: effectiveness. This rotation-by-committee approach showed tremendous trust between coaches and players — and every pitcher answered the call. It’s a sign of a pitching staff that’s deepening and maturing, and opponents are going to have a tougher and tougher time finding barrels as this group grows into 12U ball.
Locking Down the Running Game
5 Base Runners Thrown Out • 33% Caught Stealing
Jackson and Bradley combined behind the plate to erase five would-be base stealers this weekend. A 33% caught-stealing rate at 11U is strong work — it sends a message to every opposing baserunner: think twice before you go. Having two catchers capable of making that throw consistently is a real competitive advantage.
The Bigger Picture
“You find out what a team is made of in the weekends after a tough loss. The Rebels showed up, competed, and let their pitching do the talking. That’s a mature response from a group of kids who clearly aren’t done yet.”
The Cencal Snipers got the best of the Rebels on Sunday, and this team will absolutely remember that. But the September 26–28 weekend belongs in the win column for this program — not just in the record books, but in terms of what it showed about where the Rebels are headed.
Zero earned runs across nine innings. Five baserunners thrown out. A pair of offensive contributors who couldn’t be gotten out. That’s a team building something real as the fall winds down and 12U season starts to loom on the horizon.
Jackson hits a double to take the lead in the semi-finals
Tournament Recap • September 13–14, 2025
So Close.
A 3-1 run falls just one win short in the Championship.
Not every weekend ends with a trophy — but not every team fights their way to a Championship game, either. The Rebels went 3-1 this September, earning their spot in the final and pushing the Cannons right to the edge before a tough 6-5 loss ended the run.
This wasn’t the Rebels’ cleanest weekend. The offense had its moments but couldn’t quite find the consistency the team showed in August, and the pitching gave up more runs than anyone wanted. But you know what? Reaching a Championship game is hard. Winning three games in a tournament field is hard. And losing a one-run final by a single run is the kind of outcome that stings — and should.
That sting is a good thing. It means these kids care. It means they’re invested. And it means they’ll show up to the next one hungry.

Championship Game
Rebels fall to the Cannons in a one-run heartbreaker 5-6
One run. That’s all that separated the Rebels from back-to-back Championship titles. The Cannons were a quality opponent and they earned the win — but so did the Rebels earn the right to stand on that field in the final. A one-run Championship loss is not a failure. It’s a measuring stick.
Top Performers at the Plate
Even in a tighter offensive weekend, several Rebels stepped up with standout performances in the box.
Ricky
6-for-11 • 3 Runs Scored • 3 RBIs — Ricky was the team’s most consistent bat all weekend, making contact at an impressive rate and coming through with runners on base. A do-it-all kind of weekend at the plate.
Federico
5-for-10 • 4 Runs Scored — Federico is fast becoming one of the most dangerous at-bats in the lineup. Four runs scored tells you he’s not just getting on base — he’s making things happen once he’s there.
Izaiah
5-for-10 • 2 Doubles — Two doubles in a tournament weekend shows real gap-to-gap power. Izaiah put together a composed, confident performance and hit the ball hard consistently.
Gio
4-for-9 • 3 Walks — Seven times on base. That kind of patience and plate discipline is invaluable — Gio made pitchers work all weekend and kept the lineup turning over.
On the Mound
Four arms took the ball for the Rebels this weekend, logging innings across a tough bracket. There were rough patches, but there were also some performances worth recognizing.
Bradley — The Highlight Reel
In just 2 innings, Bradley was virtually unhittable — 1 hit, 0 earned runs, and 5 strikeouts. That’s the kind of outing that turns heads. Five punchouts in two innings is electric, and Bradley showed exactly the kind of stuff that can shut down any lineup.
5 Ks0 ER2 IP1 H
Ricky — Two-Way Weekend
5 innings pitched with 4 Ks and only 2 earned runs — solid and efficient. Ricky’s weekend as both a pitcher and a hitter was the definition of a two-way player, and that kind of contribution is invaluable on a tournament squad.
4 Ks2 ER5 IP4 H4 BB
Judah
4.2 innings on the bump with 2 earned runs and 2 strikeouts. Judah ate up valuable innings and kept the team in games — that kind of durability matters deeply in a tournament format.
2 Ks2 ER4.2 IP3 H2 BB
Jackson
6 innings pitched, 2-0 in both his starts — Jackson shouldered the biggest workload of any arm on the staff, going the distance in two games and picking up both wins. Giving up 5 earned runs over 6 innings in a run-heavy weekend isn’t perfect, but winning both outings is what matters.

The Bigger Picture
“Tough weekends have a way of teaching things that easy ones never can. How you respond when the ball doesn’t bounce your way — that’s where character gets built. This team has plenty of it.”
The September tournament wasn’t the dominant performance the Rebels put up in August, and that’s okay. Baseball is a humbling game, and even the best teams lose. What matters is the Rebels battled through the bracket, won three games, and stood on the Championship field competing for a title.
The families in the stands never stopped cheering. The dugout never stopped believing. And with the move to 12U on the horizon, this group is just getting started. The hunger is real — and the Rebels will be back.
The Rebels go 4-0 and bring home the Championship.

The Base Bandits came to play, but the Rebels were ready. In the Championship, our bats stayed hot and our arms stayed sharp, sealing an 8-5 victory and punching the Rebels’ name at the top of the leaderboard. When the final out was recorded, the dugout erupted — and so did every parent, sibling, and grandparent who made the trip out to cheer these kids on.
Top Performers
Every player left everything on the field this weekend, but a few performances stood out in the stat sheet.
Federico

Julian

5-for-8 at the plate • 2 Doubles — Smooth, consistent, and powerful when it counted. Logan’s extra-base production kept the offense rolling and kept opposing defenses on their heels.
Jace
3-for-5 • 2 Walks — Jace showed tremendous discipline at the plate, making pitchers work and putting himself on base to keep our lineup churning. That kind of at-bat awareness is a huge asset at any level.
The Pitching Staff
Nine different Rebels took the mound over the course of 16 innings — and that depth tells you everything about the character of this team. Together, they held opposing offenses to just 15 hits and 5 earned runs, while racking up 20 strikeouts. That’s a pitching staff that trusts each other, competes for each other, and gets outs when it matters.
Behind the Dish
The Rebels’ catchers were locked in all weekend, shutting down the opposing running game with poise beyond their years.
Jackson
Threw out 2 of 3 potential base stealers — an elite 67% caught-stealing rate. That kind of arm and release keeps baserunners honest all tournament long.
Bradley
Threw out 2 of 5 base stealers — making opponents pay whenever they tried to run. Each throw down to second is a statement, and Bradley made his.
More Than a Box Score
“Tournaments like this aren’t just about wins and losses — they’re about the bonds these kids are building, the memories the families are making, and the love for the game that grows a little stronger every time they put on that uniform.”
The dugout was electric all weekend. Coaches coaching, parents cheering, siblings chasing each other in the outfield grass between innings — that’s what Rebels baseball is all about. The community that shows up for these kids is as much a part of this team as any player in the lineup.
